Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Returned with original packaging
Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.
If an earring arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us on receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Custom or made-to-order items are also non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and request.

We will provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Once received and inspected, your return or exchange will be processed.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once inspection is complete.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Cleora covers return shipping for approved returns and exchanges.
Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is also covered.
